2023 Lenten Retreat

With Fr Evan Armatas

February 24th and 25th

Jesus' last words to his disciples were "Go.. and make disciples of all nations." (Matthew 28:19-20).  Unfortunately, many parishes are struggling to follow this commandment.

This year, Philoptochos warmly welcomes Fr. Evan Armatas as our Lenten Retreat Speaker. Relying on his 20 years of parish experience, Holy Scripture, insights from research and his visits with churches across the US, Father Evan will discuss how beginning at our baptism, we are equipped with the gifts necessary to share our light individually, as a parish and ultimately with the world.

Join us for a weekend of introspection, discussion and inspiration guaranteed to strengthen your faith and our community. Recommended for high school and above, Orthodox or just curious about Orthodox Christianity. Bring a friend!

During the Adult Retreat, we will offfer a Youth Retreat for ages 5k-6th grade. Details here.

Click here to register for both and pay during coffee fellowship. Retreat free for families who sign up for the Youth Retreat.

February 19th is the deadline to register.
