The Great Return

As we approach Lent this year, I can't help but think back to last year and how difficult it was to celebrate the services in empty churches. We hoped and prayed that the pandemic would be a distant memory by this time, but we are still blessed to be able to be back in our churches, even if we still need to observe some precautions.

Like the loving Father in last Sunday's parable of the Prodigal Son, the Church has its arms open to welcome everyone back and celebrate a feast! To create extra space, we are adding another Divine Liturgy in our spacious Banquet Hall, where we will offer sermons aimed at the kids. Join us there or in the Cathedral at 9:30 on Sundays!

What: Youth Liturgy (no Orthros)

When: Starting March 14th at 9:30am (Ending when it's safe to gather in the Cathedral again)

Where: Banquet Hall

Why: After a year of being away, it's time to revitalize our Youth (and parents)!!

How: Collaboration of efforts between parents, teachers, Clergy, and Parish Council

Here is a poster with links attached.
