Hungry for More

Hungry for More is an annual free dinner and talk following the annual Greek Festival. It’s aimed at being an introduction to the Orthodox Church for those who may have discovered it while enjoying the festival. It is a casual evening where you can learn a bit about the church, ask questions, meet our clergy, and enjoy some delicious Greek food.
Inquirers’ Class
Monday evenings at 7 p.m. | Begins October 14, 2024 | Peter Lafakis Board Room at the Cathedral
This class, led by Matthew Dorning, meets to watch the Faith Encouraged series from Fr. Barnabas Powell. This introductory-level series is perfect for those interested in learning more about the Orthodox faith in a relaxed environment.
Catechism Class

Led by our clergy at Holy Trinity Holy Cross, the goal of our Catechism classes are to educate and spiritually guide those who are converting to the Orthodox faith. However, all are welcome to attend, as it is a great opportunity for everyone from inquirers to long-time parishioners.
Journey to Reality Book Study

This group meets to discuss Journey to Reality: Sacramental Life in a Secular Age, a book by Zachary Porcu. The book can be purchased in our Cathedral Bookstore.
Greek Language & Culture Classes
Wednesday evenings | Begins October 9, 2024 | Room 207 at the Cathedral
Our Greek Language & Culture Classes are for all ages and levels. The youth class is from 4:15-5:30 p.m., the adult beginner class from 5:30-6:30 p.m., and the adult advanced class from 6:30-7:30 p.m.
New Testament Greek Classes

All are welcome to attend our New Testament Greek classes, and no experience is required. The textbook and Bibles are available for purchase at the Cathedral bookstore.
